Invite-only beta
Temren watches the careers pages you choose, scores each new role against your CV and your own words, and messages you on Telegram with the fit, the gaps and a drafted cover note. You decide with one tap.

Temren is the Turkish word for an arrowhead: the part that finds the mark.
Choose from a shared catalogue or paste any careers page. Temren reads the company's own applicant system (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Workday) once a day, so nothing gets missed and nothing is scraped from LinkedIn.
Every new role that matches your title keywords is read in full and scored 0 to 10 against your CV, your profile and the documents you add. Three reasons, the honest gaps, the CV angle to lead with. Nothing is invented.
Roles above your threshold arrive on Telegram with the score, one line of reasoning and the link. Apply, Skip or Later. Later comes back in a week if the role is still open; Skip is forever. At most ten a day.
Each Apply comes with a two-paragraph cover note in your tone. On your own computer, the apply agent opens the form, fills what your profile supports and uploads your CV. You review and press Submit. Temren never submits for you.
The scan runs. Every careers page on anyone's list is read once.
New roles that match your keywords are scored against your CV and profile.
The ones at or above your threshold land in Telegram, highest fit first.
Tap Apply, open the role, read the cover note, apply with the form pre-filled, press Submit yourself.
Scores, cover notes and form answers use only what you uploaded. Where your material has no answer, the field stays blank and you are told.
Your CV, profile, watchlist, decisions and applications are private to your account. Only the company catalogue is shared.
No automatic submissions, no account creation, no LinkedIn scraping. Temren prepares; you press Submit.
